PPID PP1589saya got confused when I first received this email but I was still trying to calm down, my account blocked by PAYPAL as a fad I use the computer's able to log into my account and make transactions in PAYPAL.

After that I tried to go back to my computer and then email that is not my wish. Then after that I then find info on Google, how to open a PayPal account that has been limited by PAYPAL but I got frustrated when reading it. No way we should wait until 21 days can only be in use again?.

Finally on this day I try to read this email again and then I log into PayPal again. It turned out really pretty easy to open our account. I just asked my credit card numbers, and because of that I use is VCC then I just simply enter the card number which I took from the email I get from providers VCC.
